At RWHOME, we want you to love every piece of your living space; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items back into their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive at our warehouse undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once our team inspects the return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
